2. What data we process

During booking the following data is collected: name, email address, phone number and booking details (dates, cottage, guests). This data is processed through an external booking system.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to provide the booking service (contract performance, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Data is not shared with third parties, except the booking system provider acting as a processor.

4. Retention

Booking data is kept in the external booking system for as long as it is needed to fulfil the booking and to meet statutory accounting obligations. It is deleted afterwards.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. Send requests to: info@ritunamini.lv

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
